Clontarf Castle Set just outside the city, Clontarf Castle Hotel is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Dating back to 1837, the castle has been beautifully restored with stylish interiors while still preserving its original character. It’s an ideal stay if you want a castle experience without venturing far from Dublin, the rooms are sleek and comfortable, and the cozy restaurant and bar make it especially inviting after a day exploring the city. What to Do in Dublin Explore the classics The Book of Kells Visit the Book of Kells at Trinity College, one of Ireland’s most famous cultural treasures, it’s a beautiful place to photograph as well.
